In addition to an impressive curriculum of courses, the College of Arts & Sciences sponsors several centers and programs that extend its educational influence.

Students can enhance their college experience by taking part in any of the following:

Center for Applied Anthropology -- This center collaborates with and conducts community-based ethnographic research with local, national and international non-profit and governmental agencies.

Burkardt Consulting Center -- Work on campus and community projects that involve mathematics and statistics.

Center for Integrative Natural Science and Mathematics  -- Collaborate with local schools to advance the learning of science and mathematics.

Center for Public History -- The Center for Public History supports the civic engagement and community outreach activities of the faculty and students of the history and geography department. 

Integrative Studies Program -- Offers a flexible degree program designed to allow you to create a degree focused on your own academic interests and goals.

Center for Environmental Education -- The CEE works to improve regional environmental literacy through professional development for educators, outreach to K-12 students, NKU partnerships, and community environmental stewardship projects and events.
