Admission / Scholarship

Audition Requirements

For entrance auditions only, you should prepare at least two music selections (art songs, etudes, sonatas, arias, etc.) that demonstrate your fluency on a primary instrument. If you are a vocalist, at least one of your songs should be in a language other than English. You may be asked to perform scales and/or demonstrate basic sightreading competency.

The requirements for scholarship auditions are more rigorous than for an entrance audition. For scholarship auditions, you should complete the admission form and consult the requirements listed below. You will receive confirmation and specific audition time slot upon receipt of application.
